Glyn is an experienced property, facilities, and maintenance lead with over 25 years’ experience with management of multi sector properties. 

With a demonstrated history of working within the UK and Global markets, specifically in the Leisure, Food & Beverages industries. He is skilled in Negotiation, Business Planning, Operations Management, Sales and Facility Management (FM). A strong operations professional with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) focused on Building Surveying from South Bank University.

No stranger to working across various portfolios in many diverse sectors. He is very approachable coupled with a no-nonsense work ethic, guaranteed to get the best results for any business requiring ad hoc or ongoing support.

Warren has spent many years working in the refrigeration and air-conditioning industry prior to his 20 years in facilities and maintenance.

He has gained great knowledge and understanding during this time in property, retail, leisure and hospitality industries.  He is highly skilled in ensuring effectiveness of facility operations, providing technical leadership for all maintenance programmes, and maintaining compliance with internal/external standards.

Warren has a real can-do attitude and always endeavours to find a solution to any challenges he faces, which gives our clients the added reassurance that they are always in a safe pair of hands.
